Artificial Intelligence does have its place in helping to manage land-based casinos but only ‘narrow AI’, instead of generative and self-aware AI, will be practical at this point.
Speaking in Macau late last week, the AI expert notes that land-based operators can make sure of the targeted AI in the management of both patrons and staff, in marketing, in handling VIP efforts, increasing productivity and helping ensure compliance.
